Move ‘n Mingle

Move ‘n Mingle is a 45-minute group exercise program designed to reduce your fall risk.  You’ll gain balance, posture, core stability, and improved strength.

For adults 65+ who are at risk of falling and have difficulty attending other mainstream community programs.

Participants need to be medically stable and able to: stand and move for 20 minutes of a 45-minute class, get out of a chair safely without use of hands, and move around independently.

The program requires a commitment to attend twice a week and offers education sessions and opportunities to socialize.  Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 – 2:15 PM.  To register, call 403 955-1554.
