| 1) Founders HallFounders Hall, the original hall, is a large and bright south-facing space with a seating capacity of 107. An ideal space for classes, meetings, festivals, events, and artistic ventures. The space features a projector screen and artwork hanging track. 16 tables and 70 chairs are included in the rental cost. (Dimensions 46 x 36ft) For an additional charge ($75), a kitchen space equipped with two stoves, two fridges, two sinks, and food prep area can be rented. A PA system can also be rented. Rental rate: $350/day Special rates may apply for reoccurring rentals. |
| 2) McGregor HallMcGregor Hall is the larger of the two halls. This is a bright, sunny space with a seating capacity of 121. The hall is equipped with an artwork hanging track and piano. An ideal space for classes, meetings, festivals, events, and artistic ventures. Rental cost includes 27 tables and 70 chairs. Measures 32’x48′ An attached kitchenette with a bar fridge and sink is available to rent for an additional charge of $75. A PA system can also be rented. Rental rate: $400/day Special rates may apply for reoccurring rentals. |
| 3) LoungeThe lounge is a cozy gathering space equipped with a natural gas fireplace, tv, and computer. There are four tables and 17 chairs in the lounge. ‘Measures16’x19. Rental rate: $55/hour Special rates may apply for reoccurring rentals. |
